      You can do chin ups! I am in awe. Based on the gym thing where you can add a counter weight, I can chin up roughly half my weight.

    Turned into a nice day for riding. I was tuckered out from a tough rehab session so just boulevard, 2 postmans and 2 crit tracks. Much more sensible. First solo ride, getting easier.

    Boulevard and ONE Yarra St. I needed a little lie down at the roundabout but I got back on and finished it off. Happy camper.

      Maybe you could go up and down the boulie for an hour, check your distance on Garmin and each week try to go a little bit further? Then you can measure your progress.

    Tyres were a bit spongy on the hire bike, the pump was locked up somewhere so I couldn't fix them. I wasn't game to go high so just did a couple of low drills, cut some laps and went home.
