  7. got up early to workout before grant starts chemo this week. Lunges,abs,3minute sprints in between. Only did an hour but tomorrow will be 90 minutes. I say bring it!! :)

  16. killed it today. Did a lot if stuff in 60 min. Cardio,sit ups,burpees and weights.. oh and can't forget the fun bosu ball activities. Happy Hump Day!

  17. 90 min of fabulous workout fun today.. My trainer and I have decided 2 90 min sessions and 1 60 min session a week now and In between treadclimber/trail walking.. Let the fun begin!!
