I was feeling so tired tonight. I held an 8 min per mile pace for 20 minutes then I just crashed. I didnt get the time I was looking for but at least I got some miles in.

It was a bit cooler out this evening! It was 93 rather than 103. I met up with on my good friends/running buddies and we did an easy no watch run. It was nice to just catch up and run!
