    Walking for a while now, jammed my neck up pretty good after the Gauntlet Run, but what a great race!!!

    The East Rock Mountain Gauntlet race. Ran up the mountain, back down with 10 obstacles thrown in! My first trail race and conquered a couple of challenges for me. Felt great!

      Great Job Ann!! I havent done a 5 in a long time either. Just did back to back 3-4 and that was tuff enough. Good for you! :-)
