A little slow but steady. We have spent the weekend cleaning out the house - over 5 hours yesterday so squeezed a run in earlier this morning before we got back to business. I think I need to count running up and down stairs, cleaning walls, hauling junk out as an extended workout yesterday just don't know how you would do that - oh well feels great to be getting to it.

    Housework is certainly a form of exercise and as generally I class it as a form of torture I think of it as the worst kind of exercise! Glad you managed to get out and run, lovely miles.
