great Whole Body Workout 00:45

Planks with pull, side planks, explosive push ups, Swiss ball hip extenders, dumbbell chest press, lunges, and lat pull downs. Ended this with 10 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. 7% incline, 7 mph 20 minutes on 40 minutes rest 10x. Awesome workout!
