It wasn't really a run as much as it was walking with a lot of running mixed in. Trying to work into it slowly. I have missed this class so much as well as just plain out running. I am so glad to be back on my feet! I mean I will still bike but I don't think I can do it to where I phase out running like I had to do for the 100 miler.
