      rest for a few days. it'll get better. My knees feel really weird and i'm wondering if it is the humidity? (not to downplay yours if it is serious) the humidity is making every ounce of me feel slow and gross. i just want to fight through it to go run with ed and come to sious falls and get you and me to boston, lady. TCM for fun!
