    Last super long run!!! Yay!!! Started around 7:30 on tomahawk creek trail and got a lot of cheers because there was a race for Alzheimer's on that part of the trail so that was kind of fun :)

    warm up miles before race then did an extended cool down on ward parkway which was a treat because I never get to run there any more!! I used to be able to run to the plaza all the time!
