    warm up miles before race then did an extended cool down on ward parkway which was a treat because I never get to run there any more!! I used to be able to run to the plaza all the time!

    Not used to running fast so this was kind of fun! Very lovely course through the plaza and SUPER FLAT! This might even be a PR because I never run 10ks. :)
