    Feels so good to take it easy. Lucy got two compliments today on how polite and well mannered she was on the trail! Proud mom moment!!!

    Made it another week! Phew. 4x1.5 mile with .5mile jogs between. First two sets 6:53, then 6:48, last 6:44. Felt pretty darn good.
