    Thanks to some tail wind this ended up being quite a progression run. 10:08, 9:05, 9:00, 8:44 and 8:12 gotta say I am not happy that it is so chilly, but it sure is good for running.

    Time is misleading, as the first half I spent running just fast enough to make it to the bathroom. The second half was much faster and coincidently felt a ton better. #runnerproblems
