      I wish I had a solution for blisters. I got one at mile 40ish and then it popped. It burned so bad. I tied my shoe tighter to make the heel cup fit tighter, which worked because it was on the outside of my heel. My foot quick rubbing as much and it felt better.

    Nice and easy run with Kim. I am actually enjoying my taper this week. Thankfully, my neck and shoulder are also enjoying the taper and the rest. I should be 100% by Saturday!
