This was one of those days I really didn't want to go run. Had to just get dressed and get to it and it ended up being a pretty decent run. I have a 5K race this weekend that I wasn't going to do, but the coordinator caught me in town and said "you're running aren't you? I haven't got your registration form yet, but don't worry you can sign up the morning of". Guess I'm running :) It's for a great cause and I've been doing it for years, I just haven't been motivated to race with this oppressive heat we've had. 9:28, 9:07, 8:16 <---that's what I have to average to PR it Saturday...I think highly unlikely ;)
