I seriously ate up my calves Monday night running in my Vibrams. For real, my calves feel like they did when I first started running. You know, the kind of pain that makes you walk all funny and awkward? Well, I thought a short run would loosen them up...I was wrong! I used the stick for a little while this evening and thought I was going to cry! Thank God I was able to get in tomorrow morning for a massage. Guess what we're going to focus on...if I can take the pain. Chalking this up to a lesson learned.

    Yes I do like them. What I like the most is that I don't have to think about my form or foot strike, it just comes natural. My mistake was just running to far in them and too soon after my half which left my legs sore. That was my lesson :)

    Mine make my calves hurt just walking around in them, can't imagine running in them!
