    good 3 miles on Elliptical, lower ... 5 mi

    No idea what my pace was, worked out for 1 1/2 hours straight. Went through 2 large bottles of water and sweated my ass off. It hurts SOOOO good!

    Today my heart wasn't quite in this workout. Going through a lot of crap right now, but hey, at least I worked out. Also did upper body workout and ab workout
