I felt strong today. First and most important to any health activities... I stretched for about 10 minutes, and then proceeded to do a complete total body workout with weights. I began with 20 pound weights and did 3 sets of 40 repitition for each body part, to burn the fat. Love the burn! I always do more repitition and less weights so I can remain lean and not add extra body muscle. I then went for a 3 mile run and then finish it off with a good 10 minutes stretch. Nice and easy... Hope everyone is having a wonderful and peaceful day.
