It was great. Today I started with a 20 minutes Theraputic stretch. Felt so good I wanted to sleep. In fact... I closed my eyes for 5 minutes. Lol... It was one of those days. After my stretch, I did a total body workout with the stretch band. I then proceeded to go to the indoor gym track and ran 5 miles. I don't about you guys and dolls... But I rather run outside. It just gives me a sense of Freedom. In any event, after my run, I stretch for about 10 minutes. I love stretching... It just feel so good. Hope everyone is having a great evening.
