Today was fantistic. Beautiful day for running. Generally when concentrating on running... I tend to do light weighs or total body resistance with the stretch band before I run. I started out today with a Theraputic stretch for a good 25 minutes. I then proceeded with a total body resistance workout with the stretch band. For some reason, if I do weights before running... My legs tend to feel heavy, like lead. Has this happen to anyone??? Ok... Moving along... I then went for a 5 mile run. Man... It felt so good today! I felt so Alive! Unstoppable. Love the runners high! I then finish it with a 10 minutes stretch. Life is Priceless... And I am forever grateful. Have a great evening everyone!

    Oh yes, right there w/ ya. My legs always feel heavy after weights. Next time I go to Target, I"m going to get some ankle weights to strap on me as I do housework. Can't hurt, right? Nice run!
