It was Awesome! I started out with a good 25 minutes Theraputic stretch. I then proceed with an all body workout with the stretch band. Then ran for 5 miles. I couldn't believe it! I just wanted to keep on running... I felt like a bird flying free. It was that good. Man..! I love the Runners High.
