    First half outside in the awesomeness. Last five on TM hubby had to leave for work. Need to build distance if I'm going to be running big in November. ;)

      Sounds like a great change up! I find that right after a race especially I feel a little claustrophobic or burnt out with schedules and routines. I think I need to run without a GPS more often just to enjoy the experience.

    Didn't love my ride this am, so I headed out for a run. Legs felt better on this brick and one of my runner girls caught up to me for 4 miles. Nice distraction. Beautiful day for a run.

      Remarkably it didn't feel bad at all. I have a greater appreciation for folks who commit to ironman. They are endurance machines!
