My tm belt is loose, so I have to wait until it gets a tune up. Little man is home again so it was running, jog, walk while he rode his bike.

Run with Stacey sometime. You won't realize how fast you're going and she talks the whole time. She is Never out of breath. Now I'm always a hot mess.

I'm so sorry for you. I'm sure you don't want platitudes at this point, but I can definitely relate as a similar situation happened to me at the Disney marathon in January. I hope you heal quickly and can get back to running pain free soon!

Ahhh, Stacey, hearing that put a smile on my face! You know, I was thinking about many miles and what pace Angie and Stacey were doin' the whole time I was running the trail yesterday!:) Yes, we definitely will have to run together one day. I'm actually from Maryland! which's not too far from DE!

Plan was for 7 mile tempo, added a few extra easy miles. Kept mp or better. Stacey was with me for company. Miles went by quickly. See my chiro today for an adjustment, back it tight.

Sounds like a BQ course, Angie! Coincidentally, I'm running the Ojai marathon on May 26, which's a flat course as well! So yes, we both need some motivation with less than 30 days away! :-)

The weather is crazy. I wore gloves & cold gear on Tuesday morning and this morning I was drenched in a tank & shorts. Nice miles with the kiddo.
