    Considering I almost didn't find my motivation, I'm very happy with this run. I pushed myself to go faster then my normal pace.

    A lot of core and strength training today, with a lap run between each exercise. Worked hard today!

    Today went really well. I was running for 1 km (4.5 laps), and walking for half a lap. I finally felt like I got back into a stride today. Looking forward to a run on Friday.
