A longish run without my Sunday cohorts.I find I get squirrly around mile 4. I suffered through the rest due to the heat and humidity. I need to buy a fuel belt. Any suggestions?

Nice run. I like my Fuel Belt but I recommend getting the adjustable one. When I bought mine it fit, then I lost weight and it was too loose. Mine holds 4 bottles and came with a small pouch. I added a larger pouch for holding my phone and Gu.

Depends on what your goals are! I considered a fuel belt, but even the 4 bottle only held 40 oz and I would have had to stash water on longer runs (parks otu here have no water fountains- what's up with that?). Just bought a camelbak with 100 oz capacity. Should keep me hydrated for a while. Beautiful run today!

Rainy chilly morning and not feeling great physically so I opted for a bike ride instead of a run. Glad I went! Now I have another marathon to complete . . . grading 50 essay exams and 17 papers.

Later start than usual so it was already steamy. What happened to spring? I am trying to keep my feet light but gravity seems to love me. Despite all this, I managed to keep it under 11.
