    It was a tough run actually. Legs really sore from my work out plus it was hot and windy. Still felt better after than I did before though :)

    Not feeling my best. Ankle was stiff for the first 2/3 of the run plus it was raining like mad! BUT, I feel good and am glad I got out :)
