      I know it really did. I felt bad not pushing myself to run further but it was a hard run yesterday and my legs were a little trashed more than normal for some reason. Got a good nights sleep and felt better today. Also, made it to 25 push-ups on my toes! Woohoo. Lots of stretching after this run.

      Forgot to add that when I ran this section one way on the way back from the GA Loop in the dark which were miles 50 thru 62 for me it took 4:27 hours. :-)

      I think that would be a really fun section to run. Stopped at Cooper Gap on the Loop, and hear Woody-Cooper is a really lovely section to run in the daylight :)

      No, I'm running on the Appalachian Trail on Saturday. The bootlegger half is bigger this year with 350 runners on the half and 66 running the 4 miler. Should be fun!
