No, I'm running on the Appalachian Trail on Saturday. The bootlegger half is bigger this year with 350 runners on the half and 66 running the 4 miler. Should be fun!

I know it really did. I felt bad not pushing myself to run further but it was a hard run yesterday and my legs were a little trashed more than normal for some reason. Got a good nights sleep and felt better today. Also, made it to 25 push-ups on my toes! Woohoo. Lots of stretching after this run.
