    Nice short swim at the Y. No campers: WooHOO! Following the swim, I did a 20 minute deep water run (the only running I can do until after I get the foot fixed). Feels good to still be active!

    Nice ride around Mechanicsburg with Coach Bob. Foot hurt somewhat. But, still nice to get a workout in!

    Rode with Team in Training. A little too fast for me. But, it was fun trying to keep and great to see old friends! May be my last ride with them until after surgeries are complete........

    First real workout in 2 weeks.... After not sleeping last night, it was tough. After the swim, I did a 15 minute deep water run.
