    Was tough during my short run intervals. Just kept reminding myself that I'm proving my rheumatoid doctor wrong every time I get on the treadmill. Small victories.

    Long and slow. Way too ambitious on such a windy day. Doesn't help my bike is a tank. Doc wasn't happy with me.
