After being sick so much following the Chicago marathon, there has been a change of plans. I'm going to skip the Surf City marathon and focus on the Atlanta half in March and Cincinnati Flying Pig marathon in may, then on to a half and possibly a full ironman triathlon. Current focus is growing the aerobic zone with slow runs.
