  1. FIT
    alright 01:00

Arms, chest and back weights workout. Triangle pushups are evil.

  2. RUN
    alright Woodstock 11.7 mi 02:00 10:15 pace

Ran an hour with Jessica and an hour by myself. Been sick most of the week so this run was so-so. Still not feeling great but got it done.

  3. RUN
    good 1:30 hotel treadmill 8 mi 01:30 11:15 pace

Felt sick when I woke up but decided to get on the treadmill anyway. After30 minutes of slow running I started to feel better. At the end of the 90 minutes I felt strong and healthy. Amazing!

  4. RUN
    good 8.54 mi 01:23 09:43 pace

Step up run (20,20,20,10+ minutes in zones 2,3,4,2). Ran with Jessica. She did a great job running to my zones and clocked her fastest mile pace. Not an easy run, indeed.

  5. RUN
    good 5.77 mi 00:59 10:13 pace

Warm up then 30 sec fast, 30 sec recovery x 20.

  7. RUN
good Getting warm out there 8.26 mi 01:29 10:43 pace

Local run in the heat. The first of many to come, I'm sure. Finished the run by jumping in the pool and was cheered by the neighbors to finish - then given plenty of crap for being too fit ;... read more

  8. RUN
good Corporate lunch run 8.49 mi 01:33 10:55 pace

Ran with people in the company wellness/running club. Everyone is figuring out their paces and partners. I ran a bit extra to make my 1:30 training plan.

  9. FIT
    alright Hotel Yoga 00:45

Hummm... tequila. I don't drink often. Apparently my body has no clue how to sleep after too much tequila. This yoga workout was slow and just for working out the sleepiness.

  10. FIT
    great Hotel Yoga 01:00

Recovering from the travel and long day before. Figured out how to pack a yoga mat in a suitcase, rearrange hotel furniture and get the most out of hotel yoga. Good stuff. Very energizing.

  11. RUN
    good 9.94 mi 01:51 11:12 pace

Very nice early morning run with Jessica. As usual things don't go as planned with my route. This time we took a left rather than a right but in the end we got to the car on time and got to ... read more

Good ride with Tate. Rode some local roads. So many bikes out there today. It was great to feel a part of a larger community.

good First company group run 5.03 mi 01:01 12:10 pace

We had 8 of us show up to run together for the first organized run of our company's Wellness Running program. Everyone found someone of similar ability and headed out.

Hey Angela--I wish you would have done this a year a go. I was talking to Carol this week and she told me you were doing this. I am so envious--what a great idea. I would have definitely be out there with you guys. Hope everyone is doing well and good luck.

Sorry Chris :-( I had the idea a few years back. I just didn't have the time to pull it off. Nothing says you can't do this at your company. Spread the inspiration and fitness. Most people just need someone to tell them they can do it.

    great Flight Club 01:15

How do you write about flight club? Being a student of flight club is to repeatedly travel an unknown path, knowing for certain the terrain will be hard and at some point beyond you. To prepare ... read more

  15. RUN
    alright 1:30 Zone 2 run 8.93 mi 01:33 10:22 pace

This run reminds me that fitness is fluid and impermanent. A few weeks ago this would have been such an easy run. Today the legs were heavy and complaining. Still recovering from the marathon...
