Well I had high hopes for this run but I just couldn't find my groove. Legs are tight from not stretching enough so it's my own fault. I was happy to get this in but I wanted more as usual. Hopefully I can get a good one in soon.

    Just keep consistently running and the pace will come. I have no doubt you can push through pain, the tough part for most runners is patience.

    Thank you! I definitely didn't have it today. I usually start out slower and don't even listen to my whining until after 3 miles but oh well.
