100 forward lunges
100 backward lunges
175 lbs adductor machine 15 reps, 3 sets
175 lbs abductor machine 15 reps, 3 sets
quad machine thing 85 bs 20 reps, 3 sets
leg press 290 lbs 20 reps, 3 sets
wood chops (from NTC) with 10lb weights 20 reps, 3 sets
15 lb weighted plie squats 20 reps, 3 sets
1:20 min wall sits with 35 lb weight 3 sets
full planks on medicine ball 1:30 3 sets

leg day is my favorite! killed the quads today! not enough on hamstrings. There were too many people in the deadlift area so I skipped them. Maybe I can work in some kettle bell swings later.
