this is an estimation as I didn't look down once I finished. I was trying to warm up before my second spin class and this did the trick. The lady next to me kept looking at my stats so I gave her something to see. Also, I got a new fun song so I had fun with it. Oh and I wanted to see how my foot would hold up. So far not so great :( boo more time off!
