great HIIT session 2 mi

did my first HIIT session today and it felt great! I had all intentions of staying on the elliptical for it but after a mile on that thing I had to get off and head to the treadmills. Followed that with NTC's leg workout! Was sore today from their arms workout yesterday and will definitely be sore tomorrow from this! Exciting day at the gym!!
