    Best my Achilles has felt! Did a nice hometown run this evening. Great weather in Chicago right now!

    Almost no pain on this run, even did a few hills and quicker pace. Pretty happy about that.

    Another test run for the Achilles. A little sore on hills, but felt strong for the most part. Hoping the cautious running is helping!

    Short spin after a tough CrossFit workout last night. Calf feels pretty good today! Not 100%, but getting there!

    Will shoot for to attempt another run tomorrow or Thursday.

    Easy three to test out the calf/achilles/ankle situation. I give it a 7/10, wasn't painful, wasn't pain-free.

    Going to see how the rest of the day goes before I make a plan of action!
