Well today was pretty good. I really thought my time would be better but my energy level just wasn't there this afternoon. I'm still trying to learn how to balance running with my daily weight training program that I do. I haven't found my groove yet. I welcome any suggestions. For the past two days, I've been trying to see where I stand on a timed mile. Tomorrow the plan is to focus on distance instead of time. Oh and to get back to my morning routine. This afternoon stuff is not for me AT ALL!!!
