"My First (Post-Injury) Track Workout" (TM). 1 mile warm-up, 8 x (200m fast / 200m jog), 1 mile cool down. Garmin won't hold a charge lately, so this was all by effort. Thankfully I was at the track early enough that I could run in lane 1.

    Totally! I'm in the Mission, but I do my speed work at Kezar Stadium & often run to / around GG Park.
