Planned to do 1 mile warm up, 2 @ MP, 1 @ HMP, & 1 cool down, but at two miles my hip started to ache a bit and I am NOT NOT NOT about to risk re-injuring it. This week has been kind of a jump so it was good to find where the limit is.
