    I guess this is proof that strength training really does improve running. Only my 2nd run in the last 3 months (in addition to doing 30 Day Shred) and I'm back at my fastest pace. Big smiles!

    I've been working out inside for the last couple of months. This wasn't too bad for my first run since October. Only had to take a couple of 10 second walking breaks.

    Missed my Tuesday run :( However, knocked these 4 miles out with little problem. Calves felt a little tight, but did ok.

    Far too hilly. Had a side stitch that messed up my pace between miles 6 and 7, but then got back on track pretty well. Holy crap! 10 1/2 miles!!
