    I'm not sure I'll be able to walk or lift anything tomorrow... but I still loved it :-)

      What's that? It doesn't count? That's like saying my 3.5 k this morning doesn't count or that my 10 min. walk to work doesn't count. Believe me, everything counts. I should know. I felt every step of that 1/2 mile walk this morning. With every step, you are doing it Anette! :)
