    the moon was so bright this morning that I actually had a shadow on Milton Wilson, normally very dark. I've even run up on deer that i didn't see and they didn't see me either.

    Nice and easy. It's amazing how easy flat is sometimes. Very straigh forward and direct in my pace and technique. Just the way it should be two weeks out from the St Jude.

    TM at the ATC. A lot of Face Time with my computer today to catch up on projects, emails and then 2 conference calls. Nothing like a little TM time to shake out the cobwebs.
