Great morning for a run by Lake Michigan, it's not SCP, but I muddled through. Had early start before a 7:00 meeting

That lake is a wee bit bigger than the SCP lakes! Sounds like a fun run but that is an early start on a Saturday!

good Water on the knee 4.5 mi 00:34 07:33 pace
Well, evidently I tweaked my knee swimming yesterday. Woke up with swelling, ran a few over lunch, but felt ok running easy. A little upset that I injure myself with a non impact exercise, really?

Patrick I forgot to list you in the lineup! I enjoyed the Tour De Cure wrap up, thanks to you and Star for sponsoring, it was a huge success. It sounds like the fundraising portion was off the charts.

Was shocked when I saw your car drive by on the way to Dillons. I thought maybe you were just on your way to the office for an eyemergency.

good West wind 15 mi 00:50 18.0mph pace
Not often we have a straight west wind, slow going out against it to St Marks (30min, then 19 on the return with no effort) wind stinks!
-
did you see my kids outside playing at st marks school? They had field day today and were supposed to be doing a bunch of races and stuff outside. I agree....wind really really stinks (unless its a tailwind of course!)
