    Not often we have a straight west wind, slow going out against it to St Marks (30min, then 19 on the return with no effort) wind stinks!

      did you see my kids outside playing at st marks school? They had field day today and were supposed to be doing a bunch of races and stuff outside. I agree....wind really really stinks (unless its a tailwind of course!)

    Did 1000 easy, 1000 drills, 1000 paddles, 200 c/d. Finally feeling a little more comfortable in the water.
