  2. RUN
End of Gould St & back 6.46 km 00:40 10:01 pace

Steam-venting run after computer problems. Ankles don't hurt too much after this distance.

  3. RUN
    Humphries Rd 12.25 km 01:21 10:37 pace

Good hilly run, no stops. Rained the entire way, but it's so much better to smell the wet grass and pine cones than the stale sweat and rubber of a gym! Ankle still hurts always in proportion ... read more

Good run Andrea....I'll probably try and keep up a 10-15km run on either Sat or Sun mornings if you ever want to meet up.

Nice run Andrea. Same with the 10-15km run each weekend, with perhaps a 21 thrown in once a month just so I don't forget.

Morning test run on the elliptical at the gym. Geez I hate gyms. Boring as BS. I wish I had a dollar for every gym membership I've wasted in the last 30 years. (Lucky this is Paul's membe... read more

Fast walk. Trying to see if doing more low-impact stuff will give my ankle a break without me losing fitness. It was weird walking the old route that I did for years before I started running. No ma... read more

You could also try an elliptical trainer. We have one that you could borrow if you like (we rarely use it at the moment).

Many of the gyms will give a weeks free trail or an intrductory price of something like 30 for 30 days....maybe you should do the rounds and make use of their equiptment or classes!!

Do they only offer the 14km event? What is the time for each category?
