    Felt great, but it was a little harder then I expected. 2 mile warmup; 1600m @ 5:18; 3 x 400m @ 0:70, 0:72 and 0:73 with a lap recovery between each. 1.75 mile cooldown.

    I am feeling the mileage. I will peak my weekly mileage at 45 for the next 2 weeks. I will wait until December to move up to 50 to 55 miles per week

    Nice and easy. By the end, I felt a little tired, but I am sure that is because I ran that morning too.
