    My first run since 31st July last year.....foot at last seems fine and the new Hoka's are wonderful...its great to be running again.... just need to get fit now!!

    Cheadle 4m first race/run for nearly five weeks, so great to run again and felt really good but just faded in the last half mile but so great to be running again.......

      Well done mate, it isn't a race to be tearing away at if you're injured. A lot of people said that about the last half mile, everybody said it should be the Cheadle 3 but that would be even worse!!

      Hi Leah, injury still there although better, tried short run on Sunday and could still feel it so we will try again in a week but in the meantime its back to the cross trainer........ all ok with you ?

    Sunday run, was aiming for 16 plus miles but felt tired and legs felt heavy so cut it short. Weather was awful, rain, sleet and snow.. Great run by Kees and thanks to Gwyn for keeping me company.....
