Bit of a breakthrough run, hadn't ran all week! If I have to miss a day or two then I lose all confidence to get back out there. Fortunately, a parkrun was the perfect motivation.
Ran the local course for the first time, and it was much flatter than the one I usually run. Splits of 8:38, 7:53, 8:23. PB of around 90 seconds for a parkrun.
