    good TM shorty 6:37AM 2 mi 00:18 09:06 pace

  2. RUN
    Treadmill at home 22:46 4 mi 00:40 10:00 pace

Do want to run outside in the mornings but I knew when I ... read more

  7. RUN
    Treadmill 7.41 mi 01:15 10:07 pace

I'm not running as regularly as I'd like but when I am, the runs are solid. Said at the weekend I felt I could've gone further, pushed to a new distance PB on the treadmill this even... read more

  8. RUN
    Treadmill 5 mi 00:51 10:07 pace

I need to venture out a bit more next time I'm down there. Girlfriend lives next to Hampstead Heath so I just stick to that area, have to mix it up.

    good Treadmill 4 mi 00:41 10:10 pace

Had an early driving lesson, and it was ridiculously hot so did this at the gym.

Looks like we would have been out at around the same time, I set off at 5.45am. Great work Andy! May be worth trying to get some rest days between runs, you may feel the benefit more then. I know your just getting back in to the flow of things though, so just do what works for you.

  13. RUN

Ah, not tmi here! You'll get that fitness back, don't be too hard on yourself. First step is where you're at, just starting up and staying in a routine :-)
