      Does it hurt when you toe off? You might have a strain that turned into a slight tear if it's not getting better. Rule of thumb (or foot/calf) is that you can keep running on it for 2 weeks as long as it doesn't get worse or cause you to change your stride. I'd have someone take a look at it and then if it's just a spasm and not a tear, go get that oh-so-painful sports massage.
