      Adidas ClimaCool Ride, more minimalist than my last few pairs. Felt pretty good, but I think they will encourage me to get off of the pavement more.

    After an easy 1 mile warmup, did two miles in 15:46, and the third in 8:39. I think that particular treadmill isn't keeping distance correctly. total 4.3 miles in 39:00
