    Streak day <<9>> Not a good run at all. Got the worst leg cramps around mile 2, was barely able to run 3 tonight. Plenty of ice tonight, hope it would be much better tomorrow.

      Thank you guys. @Ken yeah I'm finally getting my sea legs back so to speak. @Graciela, this is the first week I have felt really good running. Hope to keep it going.
