Another great session with a fairly large group. Some wind but otherwise perfect conditions on a clear chilly evening. Heavy legs.
1.25km warm-up at 5:55 pace.
8 x 600m at 2:25, 2:20, 2:23, 2:15, 2:18, 2:14, 2:21 and 2:10, with a 200m recovery walk / jog in between.
0.8km cool-down at 7:35 pace.
