    It felt good. It's nice to stretch out all the stress from your day at work. The workout was a bit light tho...Think I must use 3kg weights instead of 2kg.

    Oh it felt okay... I am just terribly unfit right now! And I am studying part time so I'll try and squeeze in that 20min-30min cardio per day for the weight loss :)

    It is suppose to be sculpt & tone! The toning sticks is too light and the moves uninspiring. I'd rather stick with the cardio party dvd.
