    It wasn't good news from the doc.... He says no running for at least 4 weeks. Swimming is fine though. So, thats what I will do.

      Smart to use the time working on something else. I feel for you. It's tough when the body won't do what we want it to. Treat it right, take it easy and you'll be back in no time.

    Good 2 mile swim today. Worked on form and breahing today. Used my hand paddles a lot to day to rest the legs. For some reason they were sore.

      Go see a foot doctor the day before and see if he can tape you up and stabilize that ankle before you go run. I hand some problems before a half one time and a foot doctor got me stabilized for my run. No pain at all. Helped a bunch!

    Good swim. Hit the mile before taking a brief rest. Swimming is feeling stronger now. Just keeping my cardio level high and hoping I heal before the Pig next week
