Tired and slow. Got home from work, cleaned the house a bit and decided to go for a sunrise run and skip the swimming today. As soon as I got dressed, I laid down and took a two hour nap and got up in time to go swimming. No energy today.


Time for a rest day! Be safe in the heat.

You are right Sherrie. I'll take off Friday. I was hoping the lack of energy was my body fighting off the 'work until 0400' routine, but today's run was 12 minutes slower than last week. I felt fine, slow & steady with no walk breaks, but the numbers don't lie.
